All City of Burlington employees have priority access to NOVO Health providers and a wide range of bundled procedures that offer a known price and a single bill by utilizing the NOVO Health Bundled Payment Program for Health Care Services.
Situated between Chicago and Milwaukee, the City of Burlington was settled in 1835 on the White and Fox Rivers. It is home to the Nestle Chocolate factory and nearly 10,600 residents. The city boasts a wide variety of commercial operations and a historic downtown.
