Based on an employer’s needs, NOVO Health will present the employer with participating provider groups interested in providing on/near-site services. The specialty provider(s) will come to the employer’s clinic on a mutually agreed-upon schedule to provide convenient, accessible care to the employees and their family members.
Rather than paying for individual claims for these appointments, the employer pays for a block of the specialist’s time. Most employers allow employees to access this specialty care at no cost or a reduced cost in comparison to offsite specialty care.
This program serves employers with an on-site or near-site clinic facility.
Strategic suppliers include health care providers in specialty practices such as orthopedics, spine and cardiology.
