Innovative process to increase employee participation will debut at NOVO Health’s May 14 virtual event

NOVO Health will introduce its new employee engagement model 5 Steps to Health Care Independence on May 14 during a one-hour virtual event broadcast from NOVOHealth.com.

A vetted behavioral model, 5 Steps to Health Care Independence is designed to increase employee participation in programs rolled out by employers to deliver better care and lower health care costs. In addition, the program will discuss the areas of greatest potential savings and detail actionable steps employers can take to realize those savings using the 5 Steps to Health Care Independence process.

The event is hosted by NOVO Health founder and CEO Curt Kubiak. Joining Kubiak will be Steve Tyink, widely known for his work with experience-based design methodology and creating thought-leading, innovative customer experiences in a wide variety of industries; and Craig Dickman, Managing Director for TitletownTech and one of the key visionaries behind the creation of the innovation center that focuses on developing and advancing scalable, technology-enabled ventures.

“We are very excited about how this year’s event is coming together after having to cancel the event last year due to the pandemic,” said Kubiak. “COVID has thrown so much at all of us, yet we continue to work together to find ways to meet the challenges presented to us. Our 2021 event speaks to that truth, and we are joining with other innovators to share strategies both simple and profound, and all truly impactful in their application.”

NOVO Health will apply the 5 Steps to Health Care Independence to common health care challenges facing employers and show how simple cues can achieve results that improve access and drive down costs for both patient and employer as well as discuss how the savings can create the opportunity for reinvestment in the company and community.
