NOVO Health Bundled Payment Program for Health Services Travel

A health care travel bundle is a prepackaged set of travel-related services for a patient and a guest (e.g. family member). It is designed to simplify travel to and from a NOVO Health Center of Excellence to receive bundled health care services in connection with the NOVO Health Bundled Payment Program for Health Services.

How does this work?

When possible, NOVO Health works with local independent health care providers to deliver services. If, however, travel is needed to reach one of our NOVO Health Centers of Excellence to obtain bundled health care services, this package of travel services make the process easy.

Orchestrated by NOVO Health care coordinators, available bundles include ground transportation with professional drivers and vehicles ready to accommodate mobility limitations, as well as meals and lodging for a patient and a travel companion.
