Updates to our General Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01/01/2022

We’ve made a few updates to the terms and conditions that apply to all programs.  The updated version is live on our website homepage and a redline showing the exact changes is available on our website as well.

These updates are intended to clean-up minor typos and provide more clarity by updating our terminology.  Here is a summary of the changes:

  • What was previously called “Management Services Agreement” has been renamed “Program Management Terms”
  • Because we formed a new subsidiary, NOVO Health Technology Group, abbreviations for our parent company were changed from “NOVO” to “NOVO Health.”
  • Our General Terms now include a reference to Community Recommended Programs. (We are broadening the NOVO Health Market to help companies like yours find new solutions, even if they are not developed by NOVO Health.)
  • To avoid any doubt, we added language stating that nothing in our limitation of liability sections is intended to waive or limit claims brought by a patient for medical malpractice.
  • Due to recent events, it seemed wise to add “pandemic” to the emergencies mentioned in the Force Majeure paragraph. Happily, however, all our locations are currently open and offering elective procedures.
